- Support businesses in optimizing the management, operation and maintenance of urban technical infrastructure works.
- Make it easy for citizens to access and use urban technical infrastructure services, and to take part in monitoring and managing urban technical infrastructure.
- Improve the use of IT in state management of urban technical infrastructure, creating a smooth electronic working environment among state management agencies, management enterprises and citizens on the way to “e-government” and the “smart city”.
- Improve service quality for citizens and help reduce the number of citizen complaints and petitions about urban technical infrastructure, since the system provides an environment for quickly detecting everyday problems and directing timely handling of them.
- Improve the efficiency and lifespan of technical infrastructure works through stricter management of their operation and maintenance.
Target users
- State management agencies: the People’s Committee of the province or city, the Urban Management Division, and the Natural Resources and Environment Division. The system supports strategic and tactical decisions on urban planning and technical infrastructure across the whole province or city, and supports state management of urban planning and technical infrastructure in the area.
- Enterprises that manage, operate and maintain urban technical infrastructure works in the province or city.
- Citizens and businesses: look up urban planning information and report infrastructure incidents online to managers and enterprises (through the e-portal or through mobile device applications).
