Building Urban Management Data

Urban Base Map

Includes map layers that accurately show the positions of land parcels; streets (carriageways, sidewalks, medians, traffic islands); the hydrographic system (canals, ponds, lakes, rivers, streams); and buildings (houses and other structures). Its accuracy and level of detail are equivalent to a 1:500 or 1:1000 scale map.

It is compiled from the following data sources: cadastral maps, direct field surveys, interpretation on 1:500 or 1:1000 cadastral maps, ultra-high-resolution aerial imagery, high-accuracy DSM models, and more.

Urban Technical Infrastructure Status Map

Includes map layers showing the position, shape, and size of urban technical infrastructure works in the sectors of transport, water supply, drainage, greenery, lighting, urban environment, telecommunications, electricity, and more.

  • Built on the urban base map at a scale of 1:500 or 1:1000
  • Accuracy and level of detail equivalent to a 1:500 or 1:1000 cadastral map
  • Compiled by direct field surveying combined with interpretation on the urban base map
  • Meets the requirements for synchronized and unified management of urban technical infrastructure, and for monitoring the implementation of construction planning (including detailed construction planning)
  • Meets the requirements for map-based management of technical infrastructure assets for enterprises that manage, maintain, and operate technical infrastructure works (water supply, drainage, lighting, greenery, etc.)

Housing and Building Map

Includes the map layers: housing and buildings.

  • Meets the requirements for housing management and housing construction permit management
  • Accuracy and level of detail equivalent to a 1:500 or 1:1000 cadastral map

Construction Planning Data

Includes the essential construction planning spatial data layers (GIS data layers): planning schemes, planning areas, planned land lots, land-use functional zones, red lines, building lines, parcel planning information, parcel setback information, and more. These are converted and standardized from the planning maps of general construction plans, zoning plans, and detailed plans, combined with the land parcel data layer from the land database.
